Blessed Leaf Pesach
We've been wanting to do a cigar for Passover for several years! We've done Christmas and Hanukkah and now Passover (which begins sundown March 30 BTW).
Pesach is the Hebrew word for Passover--the celebration of the Hebrews leaving Egyptian slavery. Passover is also when Christ was crucified. And bonus...it's the oldest continuously celebrated religious festival in human history!
So the Blessed Leaf Pesach is a very special project for us personally! I'll tell ya, we pulled out all the stops for this one!
Blessed Leaf Pesach is an ultra-smooth, medium-strength 6x52 toro. For the wrapper, we partnered with a farm that was planting virgin soil in a region that has never grown tobacco before.
Fillers are 8-10 year-aged tobaccos from Nicaragua, Peru, and San Andres.
The resulting blend is a nuanced, sophisticated smoking experience for the true cigar connoisseur!
First light is a beautiful boutique of cream and caramel. Subtle hints of baking spice and milk chocolate compliment the toasty leather body. Retrohale adds a warm cinnamon to the mix.
As it progresses, graham cracker and marshmallow sweetness emerge, followed by woody notes of hickory. Hints of cognac can be tasted on the finish. It's outstanding!
The final third everything elevates with flavors of cocoa, anise, and black coffee. The leather and cream become stronger as the age of the filler tobaccos begins to become a more dominant character. Absolutely amazing!
Being a medium strength cigar, Blessed Leaf Pesach pairs magnificently with Scotch, Amber ale, or chai tea.
Blessed Leaf Pesach will be SOLD OUT very quickly! This is a cigar that you will wish you had bought more of! Believe me! Apologies in advance to those who miss it! Hurry and Getcha Some NOW!
