Blessed Leaf RHEMA
Regular price $ 59.95
The first Blessed Leaf release in almost a year! Why did it take so long? Aging these beauties until they were utter perfection! The RHEMA tobaccos were so rich and so complex we knew that with extended aging this cigar would become the #1 cigar in your humidor! Believe me!
RHEMA is a 6x54 toro wrapped in a milk-chocolatey San Andres maduro wrapper. Fillers are all Nicaraguan with an emphasis on Esteli ligero. It is every bit of full bodied and full strength.
The first light is unbelievable! Flavors are almost to many to list. RHEMA comes thundering out of the gate with espresso beans, dark chocolate, and black pepper. All of this boldness is perfectly balanced by a long buttercream finish. The retrohale burns beautifully adding a roasted jalapeño pepper and a gentle floral note.
An inch in the aggressiveness mellows beautifully into a round leathery utopia. Dark beer that tastes like a Stout or Porter slowly emerge bringing all of their unique nuanced flavors.
The draw is perfect. The smoke production is abundant. The burn is as straight as an arrow.
Halfway through deep caramel sweetness begins to linger longer and longer. The "age" of the tobacco can really be tasted. (I know that sounds weird, but for the people who know what I'm talking about...yeah, it's THAT!)
The final third brings a mouthwatering conclusion to the cigar. Every flavor that has layered itself into the blend over the course of the smoke becomes heightened. It's a finger burner and if you're not careful...a lip burner! Phenomenal cigar in every respect!
Best description I have for RHEMA is that album Metallica did with the San Francisco Symphony. It's loud and bold but complex, nuanced, and balanced.
I promise you that Blessed Leaf RHEMA is one of those cigars that you'll be kicking yourself about later for not buying more. And they will be SOLD OUT fast!
If you have to beg, borrow, or steal make sure you GETCHA SOME!
