Blessed Leaf CHRIST IS LORD is a full-bodied, med/full-strength 7x48 Churchill. Wrapper is a pristine 12-year-aged Criollo 98 wrapper. Binder and filler tobaccos will remain a closely guarded secret. But all tobaccos are 5-14 years aged!
First light is a revelation. Caramel, white chocolate, raw sugar, espresso, and vanilla bean instantly begin. Hints of walnuts, aged leather, and cardamom follow immediately. The finish is long adding a rich custard note. The retrohale brings a warming cinnamon burn.
As it progresses, dark chocolate, sugar cone, and honey emerge. Additional hints of cashew, black tea, and Cabernet wine barrel appear.
Halfway, the cigar strength increases along with the richness. Caramel, cafe latte, candied almond, and maple wood are added to the mix. Hints of chocolate chips, bourbon, and cream linger on the palate.
Last third is APOCALYPTIC! Cake frosting, coffee beans, and nutmeg are added to the mix. All-spice and hard candy join the mix. The flavors intensify all the way to the nub of the nub! This cigar is a complete masterpiece in every way!
