It's fully loaded with some of the most delicious ligeros we've ever worked with. (Usually we reserve rare ligero tobaccos of this caliber EXCLUSIVELY for Brass Knuckles, but we thought what the heck.)
The flavors are dark and rich! A total maduro experience both inside and out! For the sophisticated smoker...it's utter cigar smoking ecstasy!
LUCILLE MADURO is a full-bodied, full-strength 6x52 classic toro. The wrapper is an 8-year-aged silky San Andres maduro leaf. Fillers are very rare ligero and medio tiempo tobaccos from Esteli, Jalapa, and Condega.
First light is an explosion of flavors! Dark chocolate, fresh-roasted espresso beans, dark leather, buttercream, and turbinado sugar. The finish adds hints of clove and black peppercorn. The retrohale is strong with a hot jalapeño burn.
As it progresses, notes of caramel increase with each puff. Chocolate cake, spicy cedar wood, and cinnamon emerge. Raw leather and vanilla on the finish.
Halfway, cocoa, nutmeg, and heavy cream appear. The blend grows more intense and complex. Nougat and brown sugar linger on the palate. The finish is long bringing hints of all-spice and sweet tea.
Last third, gets even more crazy! Big blasts of coffee, chocolate stout, red pepper, and oak. Raw leather and pipe tobacco flavors emerge along with a cake frosting sweetness. The cigar stays cool all the way to the glorious final puff! You will smoke this until you burn your lips!
