We love doing nostalgic projects that take us back to the good ol' days! Rookie Cards, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Punkin' Pie...these were all inspired by great memories from days gone by.
The new ROOT BEER FLOAT blend has been dubbed the “Boozy Edition”. Because let’s face it...if you want to make an amazing root beer float even better, just add a little bourbon, spiced rum, or brandy to it!
So this is “nostalgia” meets “all grown up”.
Let me just tell you...ROOT BEER FLOAT Boozy Edition is an intoxicating blend! We took the creamiest and sweetest tobaccos in the EZHQ vault and blended them with some of the richest and spiciest tobaccos in the world. (If I told you where we got them, you literally wouldn’t believe me.)
This is a cigar blend like you’ve never tasted before!
ROOT BEER FLOAT Boozy Edition is a full-bodied, med/full-strength 6.5x50 toro. The wrapper is a 9-year-aged Sumatra leaf. Binder and filler tobaccos will remain a closely guarded secret. But all tobaccos are aged between 6-12 years!
First light is a blast of creamy vanilla, aged leather, spiced rum, and coffee beans. Maple syrup sweetness with hints of cinnamon. Retrohale adds a warming pepper burn.
As it progresses, notes of amaretto liqueur and milk chocolate emerge. Hints of oak barrel, light brown sugar, and black pepper are tasted. Big vanilla blast on the finish.
Halfway the body of the cigar continues to strengthen. Notes of honey, cocoa, heavy whipping cream and molasses. The pepper grows into a red pepper with a greater bite. The richness and depth of the tobacco increases tremendously.
Last third the every thing reaches a crescendo! Licorice, clove, and caramel appear. Toffee, hickory, and all-spice Additional hints of nutmeg and almond. So complex and delish!
