Fortune Cookie

We've been waiting on pins and needles to finally release Fortune Cookie to the masses! 

Fortune Cookie is a very special blend! We got our hands on some phenomenal tobacco from the far east and just had to use it. We always want to be pushing the envelope and exploring new flavors!

Fortune Cookie is a full bodied, medium strength skinny toro (48 ring, which really makes the blend shine) wrapped in a Corojo rosado wrapper. Fillers are Nicaraguan...and some other stuff that will remain anonymous. :)

It's a got everything you'd want in a fortune cookie. The sweetness. The vanilla. And each cigar is wrapped in it's own fortune...which we wrote or appropriated. You're gonna dig it!

Down to business... 

First light greets the palate with a big wave of leather and maple syrup. Cashews, dry champagne, and vanilla follow closely behind. A gentle note of beer hops balances the blend. Retrohale adds a warming burn of cinnamon and red pepper flake.

First third, adds flavors of cognac, cedar, coriander with hints of raw sugar cane. Finish is mouthwatering and clean. 

Halfway, the blend goes luxuriously smooth. Big flavors of buttercream frosting and baking spice add to the overall mix. The retrohale rounds out the blend with a mellow note of leather. The age of the tobacco is on full display!

Last third--hand to God--I taste waffle cone! No joke. There is a slight bread note that blends magically with the sweetness. It's unreal!

The strength creeps back up to where it started. The red pepper comes back in the retrohale. Fortune Cookie is a rollercoaster cigar. Never a dull moment!
