We used some tobaccos from BOTH the original Sugar Cookie and Milk & Cookies to create--what in our opinion--is a contender for a Cigar of the Year Award!
Seriously, try to maintain your composure when you smoke it. Yeah...it's that good!
Milk & Sugar Cookies is a full-bodied, med/full strength toro with a broom foot. Tobaccos are from Nicaragua, San Andres, Ecuador, and Indonesia. All tobaccos aged between 6-9 years.
First light wakes up the palate with blasts of vanilla bean, cocoa, black pepper, and caramel. The finish adds flavors of brown sugar. Retrohale is strong with a warming cinnamon burn.
As it reaches the wrapper leaf, notes of heavy whipping cream and nutmeg join the mix. It's perfectly balanced by white oak wood and clove. The level of creaminess is almost indescribable. Amazing!
Halfway, the character of the cigar is ultra-smooth but still maintains it's spiciness and strength. Buttercream, anise, and white pepper emerge. Milk chocolate and dark roasted coffee bean appear. A subtle note of leather right at the finish makes the blend go to another level of complexity.
Last third, huge notes of chocolate--almost like a Tootsie Roll--appear. Marshmallow, espresso, and raw sugar cane. The richness and complexity intensify all the way to the nub of the nub!
