SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY & RESTRICTIONS

Ezra Zion Cigars maintains applicable licensing, registrations, and tax compliance requirements for jurisdictions in which we are authorized to conduct business.

We ship premium handmade cigars to eligible customers throughout the United States, subject to applicable state and local restrictions.

RESTRICTED SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Direct-to-consumer cigar shipments are not available to the following destinations:

• Utah (UT)

• Washington (WA)

Additional restrictions may apply to certain municipalities, territories, or other jurisdictions where direct-to-consumer tobacco shipments are prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

Orders placed for prohibited destinations will not be fulfilled. Ezra Zion Cigars reserves the right to cancel or refund any order that cannot legally be shipped.

Purchases are subject to age and identity verification. Additional identification may be requested when necessary to verify eligibility and comply with applicable legal requirements.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
