But word of warning...DON’T FEAR THE REAPER ‘26 is a cigar for the seasoned cigar smoker! This is the cigar equivalent of skipping the tutorial and fighting the final boss. The tobaccos are so heavily aged, so rich, so absurdly complex that novice smokers are gonna find themselves staring into the abyss.
I’m gonna be blunt—the tobaccos featured this cigar are completely incredible! (I know we always “nerd out” on the tobaccos, but our excitement for the cigars we create is kinda indescribable!)
DON’T FEAR THE REAPER ‘26 is a full-bodied, med/full-strength 6.25x54 box-press belicoso wrapped in a gorgeous 12-year-aged Colorado leaf. Binder and filler tobaccos will remain secret...but all tobaccos are between 6-12 years aged!
First light hits like a near-death experience! Massive waves of milk chocolate, heavy cream, and aged leather instantly wash over the palate. Immediately following, rich flavors of salted caramel, whipped cream, and roasted coffee beans appear. The finish is long adding vanilla bean and dark brown sugar. Retrohale is adds a warming pepper burn.
As it progresses, red velvet cake and cinnamon come to the fore. Hints of candied macadamia nut and red oak. The finish continues to impress--very clean with hints of all-spice and cake frosting.
Halfway, toasted marshmallow, white pepper, and bourbon whiskey emerge. The finish brings waves of cashews, cardamom, and sweet black tea. The age of tobacco really starts to be tasted. It's a mature, refined flavor that only comes from extra aging. So delicious that it's hard to describe!
The last third everything gets even more intense! Creamy espresso, dark leather, and cinnamon stick become pronounced. Balanced perfectly by flavors of toffee, pie crush, and cashew. It’s absolutely unbelievable down to the nub!
DON’T FEAR THE REAPER ‘26 is excessively rich and delicious! It’s hard to believe we packed this much flavor and complexity into a cigar! Mark my words, it’ll leave you speechless!
