I think we all agree—there's just nothing more luscious than GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE! It’s the ultimate decadent dessert...the crown jewel of sweets!
If you were lucky enough to get the inaugural GCC release in 2023, then you know how indulgent and unbelievable this blend is.
But you know we couldn’t leave well enough alone! We had to go into our blending lab and LOAD it with the sweetest and most chocolatey tobaccos in our tobacco vaults!

GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE XxO is a full-throttle flavor bomb loaded with deep, chocolatey, unapologetic richness.
❌BY THE WAY…XxO stands for “extra-extra-old”. The tobaccos featured in this blend are practically antique!—ultra-aged and limited to the point of sacrilege.
Straight facts…the flavors in this cigar are overwhelming! (And if you think that’s hype…just wait ‘til you smoke it for yourself!)
So here’s a couple of EXTREMELY COOL facts about this project…
#1–German Chocolate Cake was actually invented in Texas, not Germany. (Seriously, look it up.)
#2–June 11 is the official German Chocolate Cake Day!
GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE XxO is a full-bodied, medium-strength 6x50 toro. The wrapper is a 10-year-aged Corojo claro leaf. Fillers are a closely guarded secret...but all tobaccos are 5-16 years aged!
First light is a huge blast of chocolate ganache, toasted pecan, sweet cream, and baking spices. Coffee, black pepper, and vanilla bean immediately follow. The finish adds a layer of chocolate chips and cinnamon. The retrohale brings a whisper of spiced rum.
As it progresses, notes of caramel, light brown sugar, white oak, and buttercream frosting appear. The blend gets toastier with hints of almond, clove, and cocoa. The balance is absolute perfection!
Halfway, it gets even richer! Silky notes of white chocolate, cappuccino, whipped cream, and aged leather emerge. Toffee, cardamom, and graham cracker immediately follow. It's actually hard to describe how deep the flavors are!
Last third is pure madness! Dark chocolate, whiskey barrel, and nutmeg join the mix. Creamy espresso, custard, toasted almond, and Tootsie Roll (don't know how else to describe it.) The flavors continue to layer and layer over each other. Absolutely amazing!
