Back in 2022, we released BLACK RUM...a dark, rich, barrel-soaked juggernaut that became one of those cigars people just would. not. stop. asking us about.

So naturally, we decided to follow it up.. 4 freaking years later. (Yeah, we know. But some things can’t be rushed. Especially when you’re trying to make something this dangerously good.)

Introducing RED RUM.

And before anybody says it...We know what it spells backwards.

The inspiration for the colossal RED RUM blend comes from those deep, dark, barrel-driven rum flavors we love...molasses, brown sugar, spice, charred oak, vanilla and that thick, syrupy richness that practically coats your teeth.

RED RUM takes that whole idea and cranks the damn knob off.

This is easily one of the most layered, luxurious and downright unusual blends we’ve ever created.

And considering the ridiculous cigars we make...that’s saying something.

RED RUM is an alluring, full-bodied, medium/full-strength 6.25x50 Toro Extra built with some seriously proprietary tobacco.

So, we’re keeping the exact blend classified. No witnesses.

What we can tell you is that every tobacco used in RED RUM has been aged between 5 and 12 years.

First light is an instant wave of pure cane sugar, leather, and honey. Spiciness of clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg follow. The finish is clean and balanced adding vanilla bean. The retrohale is warming and brings another layer of sweet cinnamon. 

As it progresses, molasses, coffee beans, white pepper, and brown sugar emerge. Hints of earth, European butter, and dried fruit join the mix. Subtle white chocolate notes on the finish. 

Halfway, the blend rounds out and the age of the tobacco shines through. Oak cask wood, heavy whipping cream, and toasted almonds come to the fore. Hickory, anise, and all-spice follow. The finish lingers for several minutes on the palate adding notes of graham cracker and leather. Unbelievable!

Last third is utterly amazing! Cocoa powder, malt, and espresso appear. Hints of floral, cashews, toasted marshmallow, and beer hops. The burn is a razor's edge and the cigar burns cool all the way to the very nub! A masterpiece!  

Let me tell you...RED RUM does things to people. Your life will never be the same after you smoke it! We poured four years of obsession into this blend, and the result is one of the richest, strangest and most luxurious cigars we’ve ever made.
